(...) In 1970-1971 when Henry Kissinger was planning his back channel negotiations with China, he needed a secure telecommunications channel that could not be intercepted by either the Russians or elements inside the U.S. defense establishment opposed to such a move. For this apparent reason, he turned to SR-1, the apparently unbreakable communications system that TF-157 used for its operations. At the same time that Kissinger was using TF-157 for secure communications, the Pentagon's JCS recruited a young Yeoman named Charles Radford – an aide to Admiral Robert O. Welander – to accompany Kissinger and Alexander Haig on their secret trips as a minor assistant. In the course of these travels, Radford stole and copied secret NSC documents and gave them to his military commanders. (...)

(...) During these festive weekends. no one asked where or how Wilson got the money to play the Great Gatsby. But it certainly was not family money. Wilson came from an impoverished farm in Idaho and had to work as an attendant in a laundry room to put himself through college in Oregon. In 1952. he enlisted in the Marines, and in 1955, he joined the CIA as a S70-a-week security guard. For the next 16 years, he worked as an undercover agent. When he finally left the CIA in 1971, he was earning only $20,800 a year. From then until 1976, he went to work for a secret naval intelligence operation. called Task Force 157, for an equally modest salary. In an interview, Wilson explained that he had worked for the Navy for "patriotic reasons... not money." Yet, despite his meager salaries, Wilson amassed a fortune.

According to IRS data released in July 1983, Wilson made at least $21.8 million from servicing Libya alone, Libya funneled this huge sum of money into Wilson's account in return for special equipment and personnel that could be used to implicate the CIA in Qaddafi's assassination plots and other conspiracies.

In his defense, Wilson's attorneys argued that Wilson had in fact been working all along for the CIA. (...)

(...) Tony Douglas: It would seem that a lot of the statements about the Vietnam war made by Labour ministers, particularly the bombing of Hanoi by the Nixon administration, and the well-known anti-Vietnam record of people like Jim Cairns specifically upset Henry Kissinger.

Jerry Aaron: Yes, well, that's very true. In fact, Kissinger had a personal hatred for Whitlam. Certainly, more than a political fear which sprang from the domino theory and similar nonsense and one must assume that the fact, for instance, Task Force 157 was set up separately from the CIA sprang from the fact that they didn't even trust the CIA to do the right thing by Australia.

Tony Douglas: What is Task Force 157 ?

Jerry Aaron: The Task Force 157 was a group set up by Henry Kissinger and it was set up in a quite strange way. It was a mini-CIA which was actually separate from the CIA and probably was set up by Kissinger so he could deny any connection between what the Task Force 157 was doing and the CIA. Nevertheless, the personnel of Task Force 157 included Ted Shackley, who was one of the head of sabotage operations against Cuba, he was Station Chief in Saigon during the Vietnam War, and he was the Chief of the CIA Western Hemisphere Division, so with an impeccable CIA record like that it would be very difficult to disassociate him from what the CIA was doing. The concept of Task Force 157 seems to have been two-fold: firstly, to set up operations against the Whitlam government. And secondly, to go ahead with using Australia as a base for certain clandestine U.S. operations such as arms dealing and smuggling of contraband goods.

Tony Douglas: The subsequent inquiries have established the Nugan-Hand bank was to be the organisation used as cover for the operations of Task Force 157. According to Victor Marchetti, a former CIA officer and author of The CIA and the Cult of Intelligence, the Nugan-Hand bank is typical of the organisations used by the CIA in their style of operations. Fritz G. A. Kraemer

(...)

A gifted talent scout and teacher, he discovered, in 1944, young Henry Kissinger, whom Kraemer had recruited into Army division. In 1961 Kraemer also discovered Alexander Haig, and in 1969 Kraemer recommended Haig as the Military Assistant to then National Security Advisor Kissinger. Sven Kraemer, Fritz G. A. Kraemer's son, also served in the Nixon-Kissinger National Security Council. Thus Kraemer became the sine qua non of an influential network in President Richard Nixon's White House circle.

From the early 1950s until 1978, when Kraemer retired from civil service, he served as Senior Civilian Advisor to the U.S. Army Chief of Staff in the Pentagon and influenced the Department of Defense during the Cold War. During his time at the Pentagon, he also influenced Secretaries of Defense James R. Schlesinger and Donald Rumsfeld.

A graduate of the U.S. National War College, Kraemer advised, taught, and inspired generations of officers, officials, American Presidents, as well as private citizens.[2]

Kraemer died on September 8, 2003, in Washington, D.C., and was buried with full military honors in Arlington National Cemetery on October 8. He was honored by former Secretary of Defense James R. Schlesinger and his former students Henry Kissinger and Alexander Haig.[3]

http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/americanexperience/features/biography/newyork-rockefeller/

(...)

As much as anyone else of their time, David and Nelson Rockefeller embodied the potent mix of pragmatic capitalist drive and visionary internationalist outlook that underlay the new world order that America had put in place at the end of the war. More than anyone else, they took it upon themselves to ensure New York's role at the very center of that burgeoning commercial imperium.

Wealth and Power

Standard Oil Co.Scions of the fortune established by their grandfather, the titan John D. Rockefeller -- who had built his company, Standard Oil, into one of the first and greatest international conglomerates in the world -- the two brothers had in the years since the war come to hold sway over an almost unimaginable concentration of wealth and power.

Headquarters City

Nelson, the second and most ambitious of John D. Rockefeller Jr.'s five sons, had begun his career in the Depression, helping his father transform midtown Manhattan through a spectacular office complex, Rockefeller Center, which became the supreme emblem of New York's new role as "headquarters city" for American corporations. In late 1946, when New York had seemed to be out of the running as the headquarters for the United Nations, Nelson had stepped in at the 11th hour, with the help of his brother David, to ensure that the new world organization made its home in the city -- by arranging for the purchase of the East River site with $8.5 million of their father's money.

Banker-Statesman

David, the youngest and most determined of the brothers, had worked as an assistant to New York mayor Fiorello La Guardia before joining the international loan division of his family's bank, Chase, perhaps the most powerful financial institution in the world. By the mid-1950s, he was already becoming known as a "banker-statesman," who understood how to leverage financial resources to achieve larger political and diplomatic ends -- and how to leverage those ends, in turn, to amass more riches still.

New Documents Tie Henry Kissinger To ‘Dirty War’ In Argentina

By: DSWright Thursday January 16, 2014 6:21 am

Ever since The Trial of Henry Kissinger came out linking the former Secretary of State to illegal bombing in Cambodia, genocide in East Timor, and a coup in Chile there has been a renewed interest in discovering more about Kissinger and his conduct as a government official. That renewed interest has led to another discovery of Kissinger’s complicity in human rights abuses.

A new document ties Henry Kissinger to the crimes in Argentina during the so-called Dirty War.

In April 1977, Patt Derian, a onetime civil rights activist whom President Jimmy Carter had recently appointed assistant secretary of state for human rights, met with the US ambassador in Buenos Aires, Robert Hill. A memo recording that conversation has been unearthed by Martin Edwin Andersen, who in 1987 first reported that Kissinger had told the Argentine generals to proceed with their terror campaign against leftists (whom the junta routinely referred to as “terrorists”)…

[Argentine Foreign Minister] Guzzetti, according to that document, told Kissinger, “our main problem in Argentina is terrorism.” Kissinger replied, “If there are things that have to be done, you should do them quickly. But you must get back quickly to normal procedures.” In other words, go ahead with your killing crusade against the leftists.

Unfortunately the killing spree, once started, could not so quickly be stopped as the situation in Argentina degenerated quickly. The so-called “Dirty War” would leave scars on Argentinian society still felt today from the torture and killings unleashed by the military junta that we now know was blessed by the US representative, Henry Kissinger.

The meeting detailed in the memo was confirmed later by Kissinger who said he wanted the military junta in Argentina to quickly kill off their political opponents because he feared the US Congress was going to pass human rights laws making it difficult for the US to maintain good relations with Argentina if the government was systematically torturing and murdering their political opponents.

In August 1976, according to the new memo, Hill discussed “the matter personally with Kissinger, on the way back to Washington from a Bohemian Grove meeting in San Francisco.” Kissinger, Hill told Derian, confirmed the Guzzetti conversation and informed Hill that he wanted Argentina “to finish its terrorist problem before year end.” Kissinger was concerned about new human rights laws passed by the Congress requiring the White House to certify a government was not violating human rights before providing US aid. He was hoping the Argentine generals could wrap up their murderous eradication of the left before the law took effect.

In other words, we might have to start pretending to care about human rights again please kill everyone you need to before that happens.

The question is – is Henry Kissinger a particularly malevolent national security state official or just one that keeps getting exposed?

https://deeppoliticsforum.com/forums/showthread.php?7002-Mae-Brussell-Fritz-Kraemer-and-Gladio

Broadcast #787 January 5, 1987

Time length: 60 min.

Mae Brussell: Good evening, this is Mae Brussell. The title of this program is World Watchers. It is program number 787. It is January 5, 1987.

(...)

Fritz Kraemer's name is twice in this one article as being the kind of person that will have direct access to the White House: no more basement, no more cow towing to Congress, and no more having to deal with the State Department. It's quite clear what they want.

Now who is this Fritz Kraemer? Why do I keep talking about Fritz Kraemer? I'm going to run through a few questions and points about Fritz Kraemer that some of you remember and have, but I owe it to the new listeners to understand [some things] about Fritz Kraemer.

In all of the biographies and autobiographies of Henry Kissinger and Alexander Haig, they refer to one man, Mr. Fritz Kraemer, as the man responsible for their careers; they give him credit. In our Army he left as a lieutenant, and he made this General (Haig) and this powerful Henry Kissinger.

In all of the policies, where Henry Kissinger has moved to as Secretary of State, in National Security, in the State Department, or with Nelson Rockefeller in the Council on Foreign Relations, or the Trilateral Commission — there has been blood and chaos wherever he has his influence.

(...)

Wherever the countries were overthrown the narcotics followed. When it was in Southeast Asia in Laos, the opium started coming in. The people involved with the Contragate; defendants in the Christic Institute [lawsuit]: General Secord, General Singlaub, Thomas Clines, and Theodore Shackley from the CIA — were all involved with opium traffic in Southeast Asia in Laos, and in the Nugan Hand Bank, and bringing opium and narcotics into the United States. Kissinger made policies of narcotics in Asia in this way.

In Iran he helped Nelson Rockefeller and the CIA with the first coup overthrowing Mossadeq and putting in the Shah of Iran. The Shah was a great drug trafficker.

Via Marseilles and the French connections in Pakistan, when Bhutto was killed and Zia took care of the drug traffic they became one of the largest drug dealers in the world. Henry Kissinger changed that government.

He worked closely with the escape of Klaus Barbie, was with him after the war in Germany, and was instrumental in contacts and politics in Bolivia when Barbie began to instigate his ascendancy in the cocaine traffic — after Richard Nixon came to power — out of Bolivia.

South Korea and Japan have used Ryoichi Sasakowa, the old Kuomintang gang, the China Lobby, to get power through narcotics, and so forth.

Wherever Kissinger has had policies in Southeast Asia, Iran, Pakistan, Bolivia, Brazil, South America, Central America, and the Middle East — it had to do with the escalation, into our banks, of about 80 billion dollars of narcotics and drug money coming in, thanks to these policies.

Henry Kissinger had a long association with Hitler's top Generals — even though he was young — after World War Two. He was in the U.S. Army: C.I.C., the Intelligence Corps, the 970th division, in charge of Klaus Barbie in 1945.

John J. McCloy, who we know was on the Warren Commission and concealed the Nazi role in the murder of John Kennedy, released the top Nazi criminals that were arrested. And he's the gentleman who put Henry Kissinger into Harvard, and along with Peter Drucker and Mr. Fritz Kraemer they handled Kissinger's career from Harvard to the Council on Foreign Relations into the State Department.

Klaus Barbie became a cocaine king along with the government officials in Bolivia. Henry Kissinger and Richard Nixon were close to those men in power. He was assigned to be in charge of top Nazis after the war when he was just very, very young. And then after that went to Harvard and was stationed in Germany over [in] Oberammergau, Germany, which is one of the most anti-Semitic cities in Germany.

Henry Kissinger's mentor [was written about] in a Washington Post article March 2, 1975 by a gentleman who is not around anymore; he passed away. The author of this particular document is Nick Thimmesch. It's a first article and probably the only one in the United States about Fritz Kraemer that has been available up to this time. He referred to him as a Plans Officer for the Chief of Staff of the U.S. Army. He retired in the late 1970s. As you see he didn't retire, he went from Defense to NSC. He's the man behind Alexander Haig, Vernon Walters (our U.N. Ambassador now), James Schlesinger and Arri Frolich(?). Walters also helped overthrow the government of Brazil with Frank Carlucci, our current National Security Advisor.

Kraemer came from a wealthy German family in the chemical dyes and paraffin industry in Germany. Probably I.G. Farben because they had the monopoly on the dyes and chemicals before, during, and after the war. He came from a family of a monarchist. His son, Sven Kraemer, was in Nazi Germany during the war. Fritz Kraemer picked up his family after the war and brought them to the United States where his military-political career moved on.

He came to the United States originally in 1943 while his wife and son and mother were living in Nazi Germany. He joined the United States Army Intelligence and he recruited Henry Kissinger, who was also in the United States Intelligence. Fritz Kraemer and Henry Kissinger were stationed over in Oberammergau when the war was over. And as I say, Kissinger then went on to Harvard, and Kraemer went to the Pentagon. Both were in the Battle of the Bulge at the same time that the Waffen SS had Hitler's top Generals in the Battle of the Bulge. And one of Hitler's top Generals was named Fritz Kraemer.

The background I've given you, just a few sentences, is about the Fritz Kraemer who currently runs the National Security Council. That's his background; how he came to America, just in a few sentences, written by Nick Thimmesch.

Adolf Hitler had a Fritz Kraemer, I learned, as I began to study this other Fritz Kraemer. Adolf Hitler had three important men around him, the most important at the end of World War Two. One was a General Fritz Kraemer, one was Sepp Dietrich, and the other was Otto Skorzeny. The liaison between those men and Adolf Hitler and the Vatican was Richard von Wiezsacker, whose son is now the current President of Germany.

When the Battle of the Bulge was over and America won the war, by May of 1945, all three of these men important to Hitler, were taken prisoner together: Kraemer, Dietrich, and Skorzeny. All three were in charge of the Battle of the Bulge for Hitler after the war. And all three were stationed in the exact locations of Henry Kissinger and Fritz Kraemer, who were German, who wore American military uniforms, and were located in the same location as Hitler's agents.

(...)

Henry Kissinger's Kraemer planned the Vietnam War. He was over Westmoreland, and made strategic decisions that are now part of our history. Henry Kissinger's mentor is never seen with [Kissinger]; there isn't a single photograph of Henry Kissinger next to Fritz Kraemer, although he writes about him in his autobiography, and he is written about in other books about Henry Kissinger.

So why is Hitler's Fritz Kraemer so scarce if he was so important to Hitler? And why is Henry Kissinger's Kraemer so scarce if he was so influential in his life? And of course the question is: Are they the same person? It's time to get them photographed.

I wrote to Peter Rodino a long time ago, because it was his committee that was supposed to look into Nazi war criminals who came into this country. And Reinhard Gehlen was not considered a criminal. He wasn't charged, or the charges were dropped. But [Hitler's Kraemer] has a number and a case record against him, so if it's the same one it would be interesting to know.

One of their partners, Otto Skorzeny, set up the terrorist teams after the war and worked with all of the top Nazis, particularly in the Middle East, in Libya, in Egypt, in North Africa, and in the P.L.O, and all the Palestinian groups and Muslims. Otto Skorzeny was a key man to all of this, and he worked with our C.I.A. after the war. I wrote about him in my article in Rebel on the Nazi connections to the Kennedy assassination.

Some of the books I have as references I will send out next week with the tapes. As I say, some of you have this sheet and some of you don't. Washington Post, March 3, 1975, the Nick Thimmesch article "The Iron Mentor of the Pentagon."

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_the_Bulge

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Malmedy_massacre_trial

_ _ _

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fritz_Kraemer

(...) He was tried at Dachau in 1946 for the involvement in the Malmedy Massacre and was sentenced to a ten year imprisonment. Following his release, he lived in Höxter, Germany until his death. Kraemer was buried with full military honors. (...)

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fritz_G._A._Kraemer

(...) Kraemer fought in the Battle of the Bulge and in the battles of the Ruhr and Rhineland, earning a Battlefield Commission and a Bronze Star in the liberation of his former homeland. (...)

_ _ _

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UUv-uoR_7lM

http://www.alterinfo.net/Le-CSIS-le-think-tank-de-Brzezinski_a27807.html

Le parquet général blanchit le substitut Dirk Merckx

27/03/12 - 07h48 Source: belga.be

Rappel :

Paul Vanden Boeynants - Philippe Chauveau - Medico - Marin - Farcy - Vienne - Guillaume Vogeleer ...

6.Toward the end of the 70s, beginning of the 80s, PRZEDBORSKI allegedly directed a Belgium-based international arms smuggle, in exchange of which drugs (heroin) were delivered. PRZEDBORSKI was a friend Carlos MONGE (president of Coast Rica-deceded)
who had made him honorary consul of this Central-American nation neighbouring NICARAGUA and PANAMA.

He [Przedborski] initially has set up a heroin smuggle with the help of the Ambassadors of this country, among whom the Ambassador to Luxembourg and Geneva. Same for the Ambassadors in Warsaw and Moscow (apparently arrested with 24 kg of heroin)

-The weapons have been shipped from FN Fabrique Nationale via the airport of Bierset (Liège) being initially aircargoed to NANTES / FRANCE from where they were flown to Costa Rica (to SANTA ELENA, a vast region inside that country).
On the way back, drugs were flown in.

-In this arms trafficking , we were told, following persons were involved:

a. André COOLS, ex-minister, assassinated;
b. Roger BOAS (ESCO company)
c. Abraham SHAVIT- assistant to Roger BOAS-personal friend of Israel minister BEGIN. It is said that André Cools stayed at Shavit’s place whenever he visited Israel.
d. Guy Mathot, ex-minister
e. Paul Vanden Boeynants, ex-premier
f. Fernand Beaurir, general commandant of the gendarmerie.

Apparently Henri SIMONET (at the time has was Foreign Affairs minister and had Alfred CAHEN and Anne-Marie LIZIN working for him) was in the know of this. It is said that some Irangate weapons transited through this network to the Contras in Nicaragua (In this context it appeared that PRZEDBORSKI addressed a US president by his first name).

(...)

12. PRZEDBORSKI , Grand Master of the Jewish Loge, very influential in the political world either by friendship or corruption.

His business relations were:

a. André COOLS
-Belgian ex-minister, assassinated;
-PRZEDBORSKI had a special relationship with Cools, given the old friendship with Cools senior.
-they frequently met and got into man-to-man talks in ANTIBES / FRANCE

b. Willy DECLERK
-Belgian ex-minister
-actually member of EEC
-it is said that he is at the orders of PRZEDBORSKI

c. Willy CLAES

-Belgian ex-minister of Foreign Affaird (last position held)
-actually Secretary General of NATO in Brussels

d. Alfred CAHEN

-Belgian Ambassador to FRANCE
-his spouse is Mme Nicole de BEAUVAY, formerly first honorary assistant to Queen Fabiola. She left the royal court when her husband took up his diplomatic position in Paris.
-Master of the Loge
-friend of late King Baudouin
-friend of Willy CLAES
-ex secretary general of Foreign Affairs ministry (headed by Mr SIMONET) where he issued a diplomatic passport to PRZEDBORSKI in 1986.
-at that moment in time, Anne-Marie LIZIN worked with SIMONET as well. LIZIN, given her intimate relationship with SIMONET, had the opportunity to collect evidence about the aforementioned arms deals, which could have resulted in her ‘immunity’. She was also the mistress of André COOLS.
